Nissan has a record of reliability, and this has caught the eyes of the Circuit of the Americas (COTA). Nissan has announced that it is the Official Truck of the COTA; this title means that several Nissan TITAN and TITAN DX pickups will be used for the necessary jobs around the COTA.
Other Nissan vehicles will also be making appearances: The Armada and GT-R. The Armada SUV will be used, primarily, as part of the safety chase team, and the GT-R will be used as a pace car and for several safety-car activities. Seeing as the COTA is the only Grand Prix facility of USGP Formula 1 racing, it is impressive that so many Nissan vehicles were seen as best suited for the safety there. This should reaffirm Nissan drivers that their vehicles are capable of many things.
