One thing you need to do is keep your vehicle's tank full during the winter months and here's why. First, you never know when bad weather can hit, and you want to make sure you have enough gas to keep you warm.
The second reason for keeping your gas tank full is, if you get stuck somewhere, you can turn the vehicle on, and you will have enough gas to keep it running until you can get somewhere safe. Having a full tank also provides better gas miles in most cases. For that reason alone it is just a good thing to do.
The third reason to keep your gas tank full is so that water does not build up in the gas tank and gas lines. This can happen as the temperatures rise and fall. So, do your best to prevent these winter-related issues by keeping the tank full.
